Recycling bins can harbor residue from bottles, cans, and containers. Our service helps eliminate bacteria, reduce smells, and keep your bin fresh and sanitary.

Compost Bin Cleaning

Compost bins can get especially messy. We provide a deep clean that removes organic buildup and bacteria, helping your bin stay clean and reducing the chance of attracting flies or animals.

2. We Arrive – On your scheduled day, we come to your home with all the necessary equipment.
   
   

3. We Clean – We pressure wash and disinfect your bins on-site using eco-friendly products.
   
   

4. You Enjoy – Fresh, clean bins without lifting a finger!

Due to weather conditions in Calgary, Recycle Can Cleaning operates between April and the beginning of October.  We do not provide this service during the winter months.

One-Time Cleaning – Great for Seasonal Refresh (Spring and/or Fall), after a big mess, or to freshen things up.

Monthly Cleaning – Keep your bins clean during the warmer months in Calgary.

One-Time Cleaning

1 Bin – $20

2 Bins – $30

3 Bins – $35

Perfect for a Seasonal Clean (Spring and/or Fall), quick refresh, or after a messy week.  Save on the overall cleaning cost when all three bins are cleaned.

Monthly Subscription (Best Value!)

Note: First cleaning of the season is at the One-Time Cleaning rate and then every subsequent cleaning is the monthly subscription rate.

1 Bin – $10/month

2 Bins – $15/month

3 Bins – $20/month

Recycle Can Cleaning will come once per month from April till October to clean your bins.

Group or Neighbor Discount

If 3 or more neighbors get together and book for a cleaning on the same day, everyone gets $2 off their total.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Recycle Can Cleaning! By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Requirements

• Customers must provide access to an outdoor water source (standard garden hose connection) and/or a standard electrical outlet as I have an electric pressure washer.
  
  

• Please ensure bins are empty and accessible on the scheduled cleaning day (e.g., left near the curb, driveway, or side of house/garage).
  
  

• If bins are locked, full, or otherwise inaccessible, we may need to reschedule the cleaning.
  
  

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Services are weather-dependent. In the event of heavy rain or poor weather, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge.
  
  

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
  
  

3. Safety & Liability

• Recycle Can Cleaning is a youth-run service. All reasonable care is taken during cleaning, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins, surfaces, or property.
  
  

• The cleaning process is done with water and eco-friendly products. We will not use harsh chemicals or solvents.
  
  

• By booking, you acknowledge that we may be working on your property (e.g., driveway or curb area) and accept the normal risks associated with pressure washing.
  
  

4. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
  
  

• We accept cash, e-transfer, or another agreed-upon method.
  
  

• Group/Neighbor discounts apply only when 3 or more homes book for the same day in the same neighborhood.
